1. Use of the Platform

• Account Registration: To use eProcure, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• User Responsibilities: You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and will not engage in activities that could harm or disrupt the platform.

2. Agricultural Commodity Procurement

• Connecting Buyers and Suppliers: eProcure connects buyers and suppliers for the procurement of agricultural commodities.
• Pricing Transparency: The platform ensures that pricing for agricultural commodities is transparent and based on market dynamics. Prices are agreed upon between buyers and suppliers.
• Trade Finance: eProcure offers trade finance options to facilitate transactions between buyers and suppliers. The availability of trade finance is subject to approval.

3. Fees and Payments

• Transaction Fees: eProcure may charge transaction fees for certain services, such as processing payments or facilitating trade finance. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed during the transaction process.
• Payment Methods: Buyers and suppliers agree to provide accurate payment details. Payments are processed securely through the platform, and both parties agree to abide by the payment terms agreed upon.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Disrupt, harm, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using the platform.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

6. Limitation of Liability

eProcure is not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, losses from transaction errors, market risks, or system outages. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold eProcure, its affiliates, employees, and service providers harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the eProcure platform will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Nigeria.
